I don't remember the exact steps for Win98 and I don't have a box
running that OS that's on right now. For XP, right-click on the icon
for the CD drive (My Computer) and click the Autoplay tab for options.

To disable Autorun for a particular CD, hold Shift when you put it in. This
is consistent with Win 98 - XP
