cd autoplay

How do I STOP the autoplay dialog box appearing when I insert a CD.
I have tried to stop it by right click drive, properties, autoplay, select take no action, apply, OK....but it just reverts back to the default setting which is autoplay dialog box.

The only way I know how to disable Auto is immediately after inserting CD hold down the "SHIFT" key for between 10-20 sec.
