CD auto-insert woes

When I insert a blank CD, I get an empty windows explorer window that
pops up. I'd rather it not do that. I've gone into the CD device
properties and told it "take no action" when a blank CD is inserted,
but to no avail.

Anyone know how to get rid of this annoyance, without flat out turning
off the auto-insert function?

Turn off AutoPlay in TweakUI > My Computer > AutoPlay > Types.
