It's a mild registry cleaner, disk cleaner, uninstaller and more. If you
decide to install (and you should), uncheck the box for Yahoo! Toolbar.

Further to Mr Cat, uncheck Windows Defender in the Applications tab.

Often I see cccleaner, rather than ccleaner - are these meant to be the
same? My ccleaner is from Piriform Ltd at ccleaner.com. Is that the legit one?
