CC recipients not displaying in sent emails

Hi,
Im using Outlook2003 and I cc alot of the emails I write to many different
people. They need to see who Ive cc'd but when they get my emails all they
see is its "From" me and "To" just them.

I am not using BCC because I know that will prevent recipients from seeing
each other.
Is there another setting in Outlook to hide this information from the
recipients? or maybe a setting in Windows XP?

That's peculiar, since they should be seeing their address in the Cc field
in the message header. That's how it works for me and I know of no setting
that can change that.

I just did a test by sending an email to myself and a CC to another email
address of mine. When I received the email from myself it showed my address
in the To: field and the other in the CC: field.
If you do a test like this is your CC: field empty?
