Category information on worng accounts

We have recently installed BCM with outlook 2007.
We have noticed category information being added to accounts to which it
does not belong - (Definitely NOToperator error). Any ideas?
 
what catergories do your accounts get assocaited with? Can you explain the
scenario more clearly?
