Depending on your needs and organizational setup you could consider using the following addins; http://addins.howto-outlook.com/codetwo_catman http://addins.howto-outlook.com/vboffice_categorymanager If you want to distribute a company wide starting set of categories in a domain environment, then you can also use Group Policies to achieve this.
