Well, you have to take into account what the author really meant by
*completely free* and by *free for personal use* and *illegal copies*
and *distribution* and ....

At least, at first sight, this doesn't require registration, doesn't
expire on certain date, isn't liteware/crippleware.

*Misleading information ware*
*Misleading advertisement ware*
*Confusing license ware*

We should mark these as *freewhere?* :)

And it could be all those things - hard to know if the author doesn't
tell you and it's hard to trust that the author would tell you when
you've already found one piece of misinformation. . .

How about "UserBeware"? Authors of Spyware apps and (most) Adware apps
are untrustworthy - they don't disclosure the nature of the app. IMO any
author that hides a significant piece of information about an app has
turned his app into UserBeware. . . dunno if those authors realize what
kind of company they're keeping. . .
