Anyone know what "Microsoft Development Environment: Catastrophic Failure"
error message might mean?

HI Michael,

There are many occasions where you get this error.. If you can explain
what you tried to do and when you get this error will be of much useful...

I have faced this error when trying to access a method in a third party com
dll..(I referenced that .dll and tried to access 1 method). So there are
different cases..
