CHANGE USERNAME TO westes

Does anyone know of an uninstaller for the Catalyst drivers that will remove
all traces of the driver from the system? After invoking a bug in the
Catalyst 4.8 driver, my system is in some state where the uininstaller
refuses to acknowledge that the drivers are installed, and it only does a
partial uinstall.
