Cat control center.. failure to register problem

I tried the install twice, using xp home sp2, and cat 4.8 installed, but the
control center can't register a dll, and dies when you try to select it.

Anyone else see a solution to this anywhere?
 
Found the problem.. you NEED to install the framework.net software as well..
They have a link on the same page as the control center download link.
