Depends on the price difference, and how much you're willing to pay
for a couple percent increase... the highest performance levels are
always disproportionately higher priced.
On the other hand, lower CAS modules usually overclock better, but
still you'd be better off buying the next higher "PCnnnn" rating if
high o'c is the goal.
