Car make and model

I am trying to make a database for a car repair shop. I need a list of car
make, model and year to use in my vehicles table. Also it would be nice if
some one has the list of general labors like oil change, air filter change,
washing, tire change... etc.
This lists can be in one of Access, excel, word (in a table) and/or text
(seperated with comma) format.

Infact, Does any one knows if there is a source on the internet that has
lists of general things (forexample list of city, state, zip codes, list of
countries, refrigrator brands, cycle brands and models ... etc ) for
database users/developers to use in their database or excel files ?.
Thanks,

There are several sites that have the "Tiger" data from the US Census,
(I got mine from the OpenACS project data files).

The shop labor data is usually subscribed to by the shop or provided by
the car maker (for dealership shops), and I'm going to guess that those
subscriptions aren't cheap, and the providers would really NOT like
people passing them around electronically, unless they're the ones
providing the service...
