Capturing Profiles not found

Hi,
the error msg " capturing profiles not found" came out
when I try to capture the DV tape from my dv cam. Pls
kindly advise.

does not help at all. At first the mm2 works, after few
days later, it gives the above error msg.

Just an idle thought, do you run any type of disk cleanup utility? If
yes, try running that utility immediately after successfully using MM2, and
after using the utility try running MM2 again. If MM2 fails then it would
seem likely you have found the culprit.
