capturing internet video?

I've always been able to find where audio or video was downloaded to my
PC, until now!
Came across this web site http://www.realtruth.org/wtc_006_081205.html ,
was curious where the video was downloaded to and couldn't find a trace.

Have people begun video streaming and not loading the stream to the hdd?
If so, do they temporarily store it in memory?
