Capture sound - newbie

A friend has e-mail a PPS to me and I'd like to save the sound in my music
file.
Can someone tell me how I can locate it so I can copy it to my music folder?

Thanks John, but how do I save as a web page. When I click save-as in
Outlook Epress, it doesn't give me any choices - just "Save as Type
"attachment.'"
