capture a rm file

I want to capture or download a file wat is only playing live stream.
What program can i use to download it.
It is a real audio file what starts to play when there is anough info in the
buffer.
The url of the file starts with http, i tried streambox but that program can
not work with http.

Is the file in your Temporary Internet Files Folder when completely
downloaded?
