Using master slide can you format the slide title to be in uppercase for
each slide.

I don't think so. You can use change case on the master to change the title
to ALL CAPS which looks like it would work - but it doesn't!

You're correct. You can't designate text case on the slide master.

Shift+F3 is a quick shortcut, though. Do the first title, then move through
the slides, select the next title, and hit F4. Or do this same thing
(Shift+F3 and then F4 to repeat) in Outline View, which is probably faster.

How's your VBA? I'd bet this is a fairly easy thing to do with code.
