Caps lock & Wyse terminals

Have a client who has Wyse 1200LE terminals using RDP and is intermittently
recieving a problem where the Caps lock gets out of Sync.

The customer also has a PC at the site and reports to us that the problem is
not happening there.

Does anybody have any ideas. We have tried the latest firmware from Wyse.

Which firmware version are you using?

Do you have the latest service packs installed on your
terminal server?
