Capitalization following a year.

Example: "The puppy was born in 1995. it was the smallest one and quickly
became our favorite.

How can I get Word to automatically capitalize the first word in the 2nd
sentence above.

I do have the box checked in Autotext to Capitalize the first word in
sentences, but it ignores sentences that end in a year or numeral.
