I have two capio dumb terminals that won't connect to my windows 2000
server. I am getting connection refused or server is busy errors. I
thought that it was a licensing problem, but I have 6 open licenses
available so I don't think its that. I remember getting this type of
an error message when I was out of licenses before, so maybe these
thin clients won't take one for some reason. Any help would be GREAT,
because I'm stumped.

Check the EventLog on the Terminal Server. If it's a licensing
problem, you'll find an Event which explains the problem.
