cant's delete file(Vcodec)

I ran a virus scan on my computer and it says I have a virus called Vcodec.
When I try to delete or quarentine it, it does not allow me to do so, saying
that the program is running and it can't delete it at this time. So now I
am trying to delete the file and I am still having trouble deleting it. Any
suggestions??
