cant watch live videos

please help,i have recently subscribed to the racing post to watch the
racing.i was successfully watching the trial period i think i may have
changed my settings somehow and i cant remember how to resume what i done.
 
Racing Post has a troubleshooting section, but I can't see it because I'm
not registered. I'd suggest you take a look through it first.
