Can't view pictures in incoming message

Hi,

I just want to know why I can view the picture for any incoming
message, is it something to do with settings? Please advice.

Can't view them where? If you mean in the Reading Pane, then the reason is
because Outlook doesn't show attachments in the Reading Pane. It's designed
that way. If that's not what you mean, be explicit and state exactly what
you mean. Make sure you include the version of Outlook.
