Can't View JPEG

For some reason, the JPEG graphics that are downloaded to
my machine do not show up in my Windows XP, MSN home
page, or any other occasion where JPEG graphics are used.
My graphics card is operating OK so the problem is some
other source that I can't seem to locate. Has anyone else
had this problem?

Delete your Temporary Internet Files. That should take care of the
problem.
