can't view graphics

Why won't inserted graphics show in print mode? An outline of the graphics
box shows, but not the acutal picture. I have go to "full screen reading
pane" to get my graphics to show up.

box shows, but not the acutal picture. I have go to "full screen reading
pane" to get my graphics to show up.

In Word 2003 or earlier, go to Tools > Options > View. Make sure "Picture
placeholders" is NOT checked, and that "Drawings" is checked. Also go to the
Print tab of the dialog and check "Drawing objects".

In Word 2007, go to Office button > Word Options > Advanced > Show Document
Content. Uncheck "Show picture placeholders" and check "Show drawings and text
boxes on screen". Also go to the Display tab of the dialog and check "Print
drawings created in Word".
