Can't View COM Ad-Ins

I went to view the COM Ad-Ins, but under the tab in System Information, I
get a message that says: "Microsoft Office Word 2003 is not available.
Verify
that Word 2003 is installed and running and then choose Refresh from the
View or Action menu."

Problem is, Word 2003 is in fact installed, running. Any ideas on what might
cause this, or how to find out what COM Add-ins are there? Thanks,
