can't view certain links, they are blank

I have some affiliate links with the extra coding and for some reason, they
show up as a blank in my internet explorer. I tried setting ie back to
default settings and still nothing.

Any ideas?
 
yes, I have the norton firewall / virus checker.
I see some settings but not sure which one to enable. eeeek.
Maybe I will go to norton to see.
