Can't view a video from a website.

nI clicked on a link to view a video on a website, but can't view it. I downloaded the Windows Media Player 9, but no matter what I do - changing the protocol, etc. - it does nothing. All I get is audio - no video. I have tried to type in the URL in the Media player, but gives me error messages saying that the path is invalid - need help on this. Thanks

What are the properties of the video you are trying to view?

Such "old" file types should be easy to play!!
Have you got the latest version of directX?
You are not trying to ewatch it froma second monitor are you? Which won't
support video overlay? I assume you get no other problems with video
sources? What about other web video, are these viewable or not?
Interesting story!!
Graham.

Hi Graham. Thanks for responding to my post.

The info I wrote down regarding this video is the following:

Windows Media Audio 7
20kbps, 32 KHz, mono
windowsMedia Video V7

The properties of the video are: http://ondemand1.cv.net/news12/FNJAPNTT.asx
The URL at the top of the video window that appears is: http://www.news12.com/NewCDA/articles/media_pop?CID=...

If you need any other info regarding this video, please let me know. An
easy link to the video is to go to www.savetillie.com, then click on the
link "News12article" (the News12 video link doesn't work), then you will see
below the pic of Tillie, the link to the video.
