cant use RUN command

Hi, my problem is that right now, i can not see run
command under start button.
Reason being is that i disable the run (for testing) by
typing gpedit.msc in the run.
Now i want to go back there to enable but no more RUN
command for me to type gpedit.msc.
Pls Help, Thanks

Open a command prompt from which you can run the GPEdit.msc
-- or link to it from Adminstrative Tools LGPO or AD Users & Computers.

Task Manager can also run programs.

I'll add another. Make a New Shortcut on the Desktop and point it to
gpedit.msc.
