gpedit.msc how to start without run command?

Hi,

I disabled the run command and other options under gpedit.msc, thinking that
the local policy editor would be able to start up gpedit so I can change it
back if need be. However the Local Policy Editor does not have to windows
component as does GPedit.msc. Now I cant get to the gpedit.msc plugin to
change back the options..

I have tried most things can anyone help me get gpedit.msc to run without
the run command

thanks
