can't use new email address

My Adelphia email address is being changed to Roadrunner. I've been told to
change but mail doesn't get to me as roadrunner, only as adelphia. How do I
fix it? Thanks
 
Have you gone through the Control Panel - Mail icon to change your email
account information?
