Can't use Net Send after SP2

Hi,
I can't use Net Send after install SP2. But I can use it if I stop and
restart the
Messenger Service every time I start Windows.
Can any one help?

Make sure that the startup type is automatic.

All of the Messenger and Alerter are set Automatic Start. But I need to stop

SP2 sets the Messenger Service to Manual start, for safety of stand
alone systems. It was the service that got attacked by Blast and its
friends. Make sure the machine is protected from the Internet by a
firewall that does not allow NETBIOS messages to come from the Internet.
Then in Admin Tools - Services, double click Messenger service and set
Startup type to Automatic, and Apply
