Can't use messenger on the network

Hi,

I have set up a small office network, and i have one
machine which is the ICS host and others share the
connection from this pc, however, i can't use messenger
on the machines sharing the internet connections, any
ideas?

Can you be more specific about how it won't work on that specific PC (error messages, etc.)?
