Can't use Live Update-Help Please!

Running a stand-alone laptop with WXP Pro using the Norton Corporate
version. All was well
until I created the CWS folder, downloaded CWS Shredder, unzipped it, and
ran it. Now I can't do a live update on the Norton - keep getting a repeat
of the following error message
saying: "Live update could not uncompress the list of available updates.
The update list somehow got corrupted. You need to run Live Update again to
get a new update list." Please Help!

.. . . fixed it by downloading a new live update exe file from Symantec
