I did Microsoft's COA validation thing, where you answer all those Yes's and
No's. Then it ends up telling me that I have to use the reinstall CD that I
got from the manufacturer. So I emailed Gateway and they told me that my
laptop is no longer supported and that they don't even sell reinstall CD's
anymore. So then I tried Microsoft's way to unactivate Windows and
reactivate by clicking the change product key button. But then it tells me
that the COA key is not real, or something.

Can anyone help?

Thanks
