Can't use Explore

I have just installed Net nanny and since I have I can't right click on my
start key to "explore" my computer. THe system just froze and I had to
reboot. Can someone please help with this. Thank you

Press F8 during the early boot phase, then boot in Safe
Mode. Now uninstall Net Nanny and see if this fixes
the problem.
