Hi Mary who is your ISP?
You should be able to contact them for the settings.
If you still have your OE machine copy the settings into Windows Mail

You set up your email account in Windows Mail (Vista) the same way you
set it up in Outlook Express (older MS operating systems). If you don't
remember how, go to your ISP's website where they will have instructions
on setting up email with their mail servers. If they don't have
instructions for Windows Mail yet, use the instructions for Outlook
Express. You will need to know your user name and password.

if your OE is still available, you can EXPORT the account settings from OE and import them into WM.

the settings are the same ones you used with OE regardless.
with the exception that WM does not support hotmail.
