to fix them. Thought this might help. The other solutions people
have mentioned are incredibliy complicated for me and I started on
one of them but I do not have a file or something that is part of the
instructions so I can't do that one. Just wish this software would
actually function.

one of them but I do not have a file or something that is part of the

I appreciate your help but it did not make a difference. Someone suggested
reformatting the hard drive. Never done that before but it sounds like a
pain.
