Can't update on Windows XP computer: error code 0x80070663

HI! Can someone please help me get my downloads Microsoft Update to work??
LOL

I disabled the Norton plugin and the firewall before trying to download
updates. I also turned of Spy Sweeper; which I was told I was supposed to do.

I have a 2003 Office Professional Word trial. Microsoft should still
download updates okay, correct?? I have tried many things; to no avail.
Please help. I would be very greatful!! Thanks.
