can't update my pc

i've been trying to update my pc and always get this
error massage "windows update has encountered an error
and cannot display the request page



error n. 0x800A138F

i tryed to fix the prob. on help and suporte(windows
update) but there solutions dont fix the prob.....can
any 1 help me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
