Can't Uninstall Virus Program

I am trying to install a new antivirus/firewall program. I uninstalled all
of the elements of my old virus/fw program. When my new program stated that
it would not install until the old one was removed, I discovered there is
still .50KB of the old program left, somehow. I proceed with uninstalling
and it goes through the process... and then remains there even after
restarting the computer.
Please help me, anyone...

I am trying to uninstall Computer Associates eTrust EZ Armor.
I am trying to install Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2006.

Did you select all eTrust components to remove when you uninstalled
it?

A couple of suggestions

Reinstall then uninstal EZ Armor - also try putting in the install
disk, choose to install the program again -- Usually it will give you
the option to uninstall or repair the program

Try uninstalling it in Safe Mode

Otherwise, suggest you contact the supplier
