Cant uninstall megaupload tool bar

hui,
i have 3 users on my computer, its WIN XP, P4 with HT and 80 GB HDD.
Now i had installed megaupload toolbar, which i uninstalled logging in
as the administrator.
but its still there for other users, also i cant see it in control
panel or C drive when i log in as other users. please help me as i
think its creating a lot of problems for me

also m getting this error: trying to load a non local uri for my
mozilla firefox.
how to get rid of it?

I see it uses Alexa. Alexa is considered bad by most anti-spyware apps.

In FF got to tools add-ons and see if you can remove it from there for each
user. If not, uninstall FF and install again.
