can't uninstall isearch toolbar

this just started happening a couple days ago. suddenly, i
have a new search bar under my address bar, and i can't
get rid of it. when i click on it and get the uninstall
page, i go thru the process, then get a 'can't uninstall
isearch toolbar' prompt.

naturally, there's no e-mail or contact link. any thoughts
on how to get rid of it?

Mike,
First, rename your HOSTS file as "iSearch" hijacks that also,
preventing you from reaching many "anti-spyware" sites (including mine
Then download and run Ad-Aware (see below)

They also disable several other IE toolbar functions!

Copy and paste the below to Notepad
"File Types" drop-down menu = all files
Save as: UnlockToolbar.reg

Hello there, i am having the same problem..i cannot uninstall thi
isearch tool bar. i read ur post but in all honesty, i have no ide
what you are talking bout. i try saving it to notepad but u
instructions i dont get.
