Can't type password - sound from CPU

We know our passwords but when we try and type them into the spaces provided,
no typing appears and instead there is a sound emitted from the CPU every
time we press a key. I checked the wireless keyboard and it is registering
on the unit OK as it lights up when a key is pressed. Why can't we type our
passwords in and how do we correct the problem please?

Try a USB or PS/2 keyboard. Does the same thing happen? If no, then there
is a problem with the wireless keyboard being functional at this point of
startup.

What brand is it? Have you searched the online tech pages for that product
to see if this is a common problem with this device yet?
