Can't turn off tick box for delgates to get meeting invites only

We are trying to untick the box below the list of delegates on a user's
mailbox (tools, options, delegates) which says 'send meeting invites to my
delgates and not me' - the box is ticked and greyed out so we can't untick
it. We have tried removing the delegates from the delegates list and
re-adding them, but hte box is still greyed out. I've logged into her
mailbox as domain admin (full mailbox ownership) and still can't do it.
Anyone know how to overcome this?

Are you opening that mailbox as a secondary mailbox or running it as the only mailbox in the profile?

the only mailbox in the profile.

She only has one mailbox and one profile on her machine.

Try this:

1) Select the delegate.
2) Click Permissions.
3) Check the box on the Delegate Permissions dialog for "Delegate recieves copies ..."
4) Click OK.
5) The checkbox on the Delegate tab should now be enabled, so you can uncheck it. (You could also repeat steps 2-4 and uncheck it on the Delegate Permissions dialog.)
