Can't turn off Signatures

Even though....I do NOT have signature enabled for newsgroups, it still
continues appending the signature as you see below.
I do have signature enabled for email accounts.
But it is not enabled for newsgroup accounts.

If I uncheck "Add signature to all outgoing messages", it will turn them off
for all.
It seems as if the Advanced setting of which accounts to add signature to is
not working.

Any suggestions?

Perhaps you could add a signature with just a couple of blank spaces,
then assign that to your newsgroup accounts.
