Cant turn off my pc

Last night my sister ran Ad-aware program and scanned for
ads. she selected all the files ad-aware found and
deleted them. now i cant turn off my computer.

please help me

Were the files deleted or 'quarantined'? If the latter, then they can be restored, if the former, it would depend on which files were deleted. Do you get any error message when you try to turn your PC off?
