I'm trying to delete Microsoft Messenger/Passport off my system, and
re-install it with the email address I want to use with the program, but
everytime I install it, it still has my old email and password. Is there
something in the registry that needs to be changed?

Open the control panel and select User Accounts. Click your username and
choose "Change my .NET Passport".

Differnet method, same result. It's usually better to have the user learn
the in-place wizard method than memorizing start/run combinations. That's
why it's there.

Start > Run > [type in] control userpasswords2 > Advanced > Manage Passwords

Tip:

Add Control Userpasswords2 to the Control Panel (Line 1)
