Can't take filtering off?? image attached

How can I take this filtering off
http://img215.imageshack.us/my.php?image=cheryloutlooksa7.jpg I can’t see all
my emails in outlook?
There are no filters under customized new messages menu will outlook all
reset if I uninstall then reinstall?

Try again and let me know.
Remove a view filter
On the View menu, point to Arrange By, and then click Custom.
Click Filter.
Click Clear All.

View-> Arrange By-> Current View-> Messages...
If that does't change it it additionally choose View-> Arrange By->
Custom...-> Reset Current View
